Your receipt of an order confirmation, electronic or otherwise, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Selection PRODIGE reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

These Conditions supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Selection PRODIGE signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

You have the option of using your PayPal account or a credit card via the PayPal site.

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide the billing address and telephone number directly linked to your credit card banking information. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

For multiple product orders, we will try to ship all products at the same time. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

All orders received before 5 p.m. are processed within two business days and shipped via Canada Post – Expedited Parcel. You will find further information concerning shipping times under the FAQ tab.

All prices, applicable taxes and applicable shipping and handling costs quoted on this site are in Canadian dollars.

Selection PRODIGE keeps your personal information private and secure. This includes information such as your name, address, telephone number, payment card numbers, purchase information, email address and Selection PRODIGE account password.

We will not take orders for products that are out of stock. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock or unavailable for immediate shipment.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If we have made an error in your shipment, we apologize and will be happy to correct it within 30 of your purchase. Please contact us for your return authorization.
